Stuff NZ: Relaxing Yoga – Five Restorative Poses

In this collaboration with Stuff NZ, I highlighted the most critical yet overlooked element of any physical practice: Savasana. While the feature explored various restorative postures, my focus was on the physiological necessity of total stillness. It was an opportunity to advocate for down-regulation as a strategic health tool, showing how one simple pose can act as a powerful reset for the modern nervous system.
