The Daily Cocktail: Little Bird Organics: The Organic Food & Beauty Workshop

In this collaboration with Little Bird Kitchen, I joined founder Megan May and Nutritionist and Naturopath Nellie Pigot, to explore the intersection of internal biochemistry and external beauty. My contribution focused on dismantling the "daily chemical cocktail" of modern cosmetics, explaining how synthetic loads impact hormonal balance and liver health.

Moving from theory to the kitchen apothecary, I led a hands-on demonstration of raw, DIY rituals—using everyday ingredients like coffee, coconut oil, and honey to support the body’s natural detoxification pathways. It was an accessible masterclass in medical herbalism, proving that vitality foods work from both the outside in and the inside out.
